Helicobacter pylori – Stool Antigen Test

This test detects the presence of Helicobacter pylori antigen in stool and is used to identify active infection. H. pylori is associated with gastritis, stomach discomfort, reflux-like symptoms, peptic ulcer disease, and, in some cases, long-term gastric mucosal irritation.

It is a useful non-invasive option for patients with upper digestive symptoms or when active infection needs to be confirmed or monitored.
