How do I choose a test?
Search for a test or biomarker if you know its name. Otherwise, browse a health area or use our short test finder. If you have ongoing symptoms, a diagnosis, or questions about suitability, ask WHL or your treating clinician before ordering.
Can I order more than one test or panel?
Yes. Add the tests you want to your basket. Different tests may require different samples, collection devices or preparation. WHL can confirm the collection requirements and any overlapping biomarkers before collection.
What is included with an at-home blood panel?
Each WHL HomeLab blood panel includes a Tasso collection device. You can order multiple panels together; the number of devices and samples depends on the tests selected. Follow the instructions for the panel you order.
How do collection and results work?
Open the test page to check the sample, preparation, collection options and expected reporting time. These differ between tests. Your report presents the measured results and reference intervals. Contact WHL if you need help understanding the next step.
Do I need to fast before collection?
Preparation depends on the tests selected. Follow the specific test instructions, including any fasting or timing requirements. Ask WHL before collection if you are combining panels or are unsure about preparation.
Can I arrange a blood draw instead of home collection?
Some tests offer home collection, while others need a blood draw or special sample handling. Check the collection details on the test page and contact WHL to discuss a suitable collection arrangement.
How long will my results take?
Reporting times vary by test and begin after a suitable sample reaches the laboratory. Check the test page or ask WHL for the expected reporting time for your selection. Combined panels can have different reporting schedules.
Does the displayed price include delivery and collection?
The cards show the current test price, including an active offer when applicable. Collection, handling and delivery charges, where applicable, are confirmed on the test page and at checkout.
Can I search in Dutch as well as English?
Yes. You can search using common Dutch or English test and biomarker names, such as ferritine or ferritin, schildklier or thyroid, and organische zuren or organic acids. Specific product-name matches appear before broader description matches.
Can WHL help me choose between overlapping panels?
Yes. Send WHL the panels you are considering so the team can check overlapping biomarkers, collection requirements and the practical options. Discuss persistent symptoms and clinical decisions with your treating clinician.
