What is Tasso+?

A simpler upper-arm blood collection

Tasso+ is a compact device that attaches to the upper arm and collects a small liquid blood sample into an attached tube after activation. You close the tube, use the supplied protective packaging and return the sample according to the test-specific instructions.

Important: fill the tube completelyAllow collection to continue until the supplied tube is filled to the indicated end point. Removing the device too early may leave insufficient volume for analysis.

This is not an instant self-test. The sample is analyzed by WHL and the laboratory report provides measured results, units and relevant reference intervals.

Included with your HomeLab test

  • The appropriate Tasso+ collection device
  • Compatible sample tube and protective materials
  • Test-specific preparation and collection instructions
  • Accredited laboratory analysis and digital report

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Tasso+ a finger-prick test?

No. Tasso+ attaches to the upper arm and collects liquid blood into an attached tube. The sample is returned to WHL for laboratory analysis; it is not an instant home self-test.

Is the Tasso+ device included in the price?

Yes. Each listed HomeLab price includes the test-specific Tasso+ collection device and required collection materials. Handling and shipping of €15.95 is added at checkout.

How quickly are results available?

Most routine HomeLab tests are typically reported within 1–3 working days after an acceptable sample arrives. Minerals and heavy metals are typically 3–7 working days, whole-blood histamine 3–5 working days and the plasma neurotransmitter profile 5–7 working days. Check the individual product page for the current turnaround time.

Can I order more than one HomeLab test?

Yes, but tests may require different collection, preparation or transport conditions. Order the required products and follow the collection configuration supplied by WHL.

Do I need to fast?

Preparation is test-specific. Some profiles require a morning fasting collection, timed cycle collection, supplement restrictions, light protection, refrigeration or frozen return. Always follow the instructions on the individual product page and inside the kit.

How can I provide sufficient sample?

Allow collection to continue until the supplied tube is filled to the indicated end point. Do not remove the device early. WHL checks sample suitability on arrival, and an insufficient or otherwise unsuitable sample may require recollection.

Do these tests provide a medical diagnosis?

No. Results must be interpreted together with symptoms, medical history, medication and other relevant findings. Unexpected or concerning results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

Can tumor markers be used to screen for cancer?

The HomeLab tumor-marker profiles cannot independently diagnose or exclude cancer and are not substitutes for established screening programmes. They are positioned for clinician-guided monitoring, follow-up of known conditions or investigation of previously abnormal findings.
