Measure CA 125, CA 15-3, AFP, CEA and CA 19-9
using one convenient home blood collection.

This profile is intended for clinician-guided monitoring, investigation
of previously abnormal findings or follow-up of a known condition.

What Is Measured?

CA 125
Used mainly in monitoring ovarian, fallopian-tube and peritoneal conditions.
Menstruation, endometriosis, pregnancy and other benign conditions can
also increase CA 125.

CA 15-3
Used mainly for monitoring previously diagnosed breast cancer.
It is not recommended as a standalone breast-cancer screening test.

AFP
Used in clinician-guided assessment of liver and germ-cell conditions.
Pregnancy and non-malignant liver disease can substantially affect AFP.

CEA
Used particularly for serial monitoring of colorectal and some other
malignancies. Smoking and inflammation may influence the result.

CA 19-9
Used mainly in pancreatic, biliary and gastrointestinal follow-up.
Benign biliary obstruction and inflammation may also increase CA 19-9.

Before Collection

Fasting is not required. Record your menstrual status, cycle phase,
pregnancy status and relevant medication when collecting your sample.

When monitoring results over time, collect under similar physiological
conditions and follow the timing recommended by your practitioner.

Important Limitations
