Ordering and Pre-Analytical Requirements

• Sample Type: EDTA plasma
• Minimum Volume: 500 µL
• Collection Instructions (for both choline and betaine):
  • Collect into a pre-chilled EDTA tube
  • Gently mix and place on ice immediately
  • Centrifuge within 30 minutes at 4°C
  • Aliquot plasma into cryovials and freeze at –80°C
  • Ship on dry ice, ensuring samples remain frozen
