Persistent fatigue can be associated with nutrient insufficiency, reduced iron
stores, altered thyroid regulation or systemic inflammation.
This test measures six connected biomarkers from one convenient home collection.
The Tasso+ device collects a small blood sample from your upper arm without a
finger prick, conventional blood draw or clinic appointment.

What Does This Test Measure?
Vitamin B12
Required for red-blood-cell formation, neurological function, methylation and
mitochondrial metabolism.
Folate
Works closely with vitamin B12 in one-carbon metabolism, DNA synthesis and
red-blood-cell production.
Ferritin
Reflects stored iron. Reduced ferritin may indicate depleted iron reserves even
before anaemia develops.
TSH
Reflects pituitary stimulation of the thyroid gland. Altered thyroid regulation
can influence energy, metabolism, temperature regulation and concentration.
High-sensitivity CRP – hs-CRP
A sensitive marker of systemic inflammation that also helps place ferritin and
other results in the correct inflammatory context.
Why Test These Markers Together?
Fatigue rarely has one biochemical explanation. This panel examines several
common and potentially overlapping pathways.
Ferritin can increase during inflammation and may appear adequate despite reduced
available iron. Measuring hs-CRP helps distinguish iron-storage patterns from a
possible inflammatory response.
Vitamin B12 and folate are assessed together because both support methylation and
blood-cell production. Measuring TSH adds information about thyroid regulation,
which may produce symptoms similar to nutritional insufficiency.

Simple Home Collection
1. Receive your kit
We deliver the complete Tasso+ collection kit directly to your home.
2. Collect from your upper arm
Place the device on your upper arm and press the button. A small blood sample
is collected automatically.
3. Return your sample
Pack the tube using the supplied protective materials and return it according
to the enclosed instructions.
4. Receive your report
Your five markers are analyzed by an accredited laboratory. Results are typically
available within 1–3 working days after your sample arrives.
Before Collection
Fasting is generally not required. For consistent results, collect your sample
in the morning whenever possible.
Unless medically required, avoid vitamin and iron supplements for 48 hours before
collection to reduce the influence of a recent dose.
High-dose biotin can interfere with some thyroid laboratory methods. Do not stop
prescribed medication or essential supplementation without medical guidance.
Understanding Your Results
Your report provides all five results together with measurement units and laboratory
reference intervals.
Ferritin should be interpreted together with hs-CRP because inflammation may raise
ferritin independently of iron stores. Serum vitamin B12 may occasionally appear
normal despite functional insufficiency; methylmalonic acid or active B12 may be
appropriate when clinical suspicion remains.
TSH is a thyroid-regulation marker rather than a direct measurement of circulating
thyroid hormones. An abnormal result may require follow-up testing with Free T4,
Free T3 or thyroid antibodies.
Fatigue has many possible causes. This panel can identify relevant biochemical
patterns but does not establish a diagnosis by itself.
