A Complete Mineral Profile From Home

Measure 14 minerals and trace elements involved in electrolyte
balance, energy production, enzyme function, antioxidant defence and metabolism.

The included Tasso+ device collects a small blood sample from your upper arm.
No finger prick, conventional blood draw or clinic appointment is required.

14 elements: Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Se, Cr,
Mn, Mo, V, Ni and Co

Additional insight: Zinc-to-copper ratio

Method: ICP-MS

Collection: Tasso+ device included

Sample: Minimum 250 µL serum

Results: Typically within 3–7 working days after arrival

What Is Included?

Electrolytes and major minerals
Sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium contribute to fluid balance, membrane
potential, neuromuscular activity, cellular signalling and energy metabolism.

Iron, zinc and copper
These elements support oxygen transport, immune function, protein synthesis,
mitochondrial energy production, connective-tissue formation and redox regulation.

Selenium, chromium, manganese and molybdenum
These trace elements serve as components or cofactors of enzymes involved in
antioxidant defence, glucose metabolism, mitochondrial function and the metabolism
of sulfur-containing compounds.

Vanadium, nickel and cobalt
These ultra-trace elements are measured to provide additional nutritional and
exposure-related information. Cobalt is a structural component of vitamin B12,
although serum cobalt is not a direct measure of vitamin B12 status.

Your 14 Elements

  • Sodium – Na: fluid and electrolyte balance
  • Potassium – K: membrane potential and muscle function
  • Calcium – Ca: bone metabolism and cellular signalling
  • Magnesium – Mg: ATP metabolism and enzyme activity
  • Iron – Fe: oxygen transport and cellular respiration
  • Zinc – Zn: immunity, tissue repair and protein synthesis
  • Copper – Cu: iron transport and redox metabolism
  • Selenium – Se: antioxidant and thyroid-enzyme function
  • Chromium – Cr: glucose and macronutrient metabolism
  • Manganese – Mn: enzyme and mitochondrial function
  • Molybdenum – Mo: sulfur and purine metabolism
  • Vanadium – V: ultra-trace and exposure assessment
  • Nickel – Ni: ultra-trace and exposure assessment
  • Cobalt – Co: vitamin B12-related and exposure assessment

Why Measure These Elements Together?

Minerals operate as an interconnected network. Their concentrations influence
enzyme activity, membrane transport, antioxidant systems and metabolic pathways.

Measuring the elements together can reveal patterns that are not visible from
one result alone. The zinc-to-copper relationship, for example, may add context
to immune, inflammatory and redox patterns.

When Can This Test Be Useful?

  • Persistent fatigue or reduced energy
  • Restricted or unbalanced dietary intake
  • Digestive or nutrient-absorption concerns
  • Long-term mineral supplementation
  • Metabolic or electrolyte concerns
  • Monitoring a previously identified imbalance
  • General nutritional and functional assessment

Simple Home Collection

1. Receive your kit
We deliver the complete Tasso+ collection kit directly to your home.

2. Collect from your upper arm
Place the device on your upper arm and press the button. A small blood sample
is collected automatically.

3. Return your sample
Pack the tube using the supplied protective materials and return it according
to the enclosed instructions.

4. Receive your report
Your elements are measured using sensitive ICP-MS technology. Results are
typically available within 3–7 working days after your sample arrives.

Before Collection

Collect your sample in the morning, preferably after an overnight fast. Water
is allowed.

Unless medically required, avoid mineral supplements for 48 hours before
collection to reduce the influence of a recent supplement dose. Do not stop
prescribed medication or essential supplementation without medical guidance.

Understanding Your Results

Your report provides all 14 concentrations, measurement units, laboratory
reference intervals and the calculated zinc-to-copper ratio.

Serum results primarily reflect the circulating compartment. They do not always
represent intracellular concentrations or total-body stores, particularly for
magnesium and other tightly regulated minerals.

Serum iron varies with food intake, collection time and inflammation and should
not be used alone to diagnose iron deficiency. Total calcium should be considered
together with albumin when clinically relevant.

Potassium and some trace elements can be affected by haemolysis or sample
contamination. Samples that do not meet laboratory quality requirements may
require recollection.

Fourteen minerals and trace elements. One simple home collection.
