MDA (Malondialdehyde)

The MDA test measures lipid peroxidation — a marker of oxidative damage to cell membranes. Elevated MDA indicates active oxidative stress and impaired antioxidant defense.

How It Works

Simple blood draw (lab or at-home kit). Analysis by validated methods (e.g., HPLC). Results include interpretation and recommendations.

Reduce Elevated MDA

• Antioxidants: vitamins E & C, CoQ10, NAC/glutathione
• Diet: more fruits/vegetables, omega-3s; limit fried/processed foods
• Lifestyle: regular moderate exercise, sleep, stress reduction, avoid smoking
