Purpose:
Advanced and more exhaustive drug history assessment. Suitable for medico-legal cases, complex clinical evaluations, or when broader exposure is suspected.

Includes everything in the Basic Panel, PLUS:

Additional substances

• Barbiturates
• Methadone
• Buprenorphine
• Synthetic cannabinoids (“Spice”)
• Cathinones (“bath salts”)
• LSD
• Additional benzodiazepines (expanded spectrum)
• Alcohol marker EtG (ethyl glucuronide) in hair

Methodology:

• Targeted LC-MS/MS confirmatory analysis for all included substances
• Lower detection limits and broader compound coverage

Detection window:

• Up to 3–6 months, depending on hair length and segmentation

Sample:

• Head hair (optionally segmented if requested)
• Head hair (minimum length specified, e.g. 3 cm)
