Why it matters:
These compounds are relevant in occupational exposure assessment and may be associated with respiratory irritation, sensitization risk, and toxic burden depending on exposure level and duration.

Common exposure sources:
Polyurethane production, resins, dyes/pigments, industrial coatings, plastics manufacturing, certain adhesives and hardeners.

Sample & methodology

• Sample: Spot urine (first morning preferred)
• Method: GC or LC-MS/MS (quantitative)
• Reporting: Creatinine-corrected concentrations with interpretive comments
