Beschrijving
240 Food Sensitivity Panel (IgG, IgG4 & IgA)
The 240 Food Sensitivity Panel is an advanced blood-based assessment designed to evaluate delayed immune reactions to up to 240 different foods and dietary antigens. Using ELISA-based antibody analysis, the panel measures IgG reactivity to a broad range of commonly consumed foods including dairy, grains, nuts, meats, fruits, vegetables, spices, seafood, and Candida-related markers.
Unlike immediate IgE-mediated food allergies, delayed food sensitivities may develop gradually over hours or even days after exposure, making identification difficult through symptoms alone. Chronic exposure to reactive foods may contribute to gastrointestinal complaints, fatigue, headaches, skin issues, brain fog, joint discomfort, and other inflammatory symptoms.
What Does This Panel Measure?
- IgG antibody reactivity
- Reactivity to up to 240 food and dietary antigens
- Candida-related markers
Food Categories Included
- Dairy products
- Fish and shellfish
- Grains and legumes
- Nuts and seeds
- Fruits and vegetables
- Meat and poultry
- Herbs and spices
- Egg-related markers

Who May Benefit From This Test?
- Individuals with chronic bloating or digestive complaints
- Patients with suspected food sensitivities
- Persistent fatigue or brain fog
- Chronic headaches or migraines
- Skin complaints such as eczema
- Complex inflammatory or dietary complaints
- Patients undergoing elimination diet protocols
Methodology
Testing is performed using ELISA-based immunological analysis with duplicate testing procedures to support analytical reproducibility and consistency.
Sample Type
Serum or capillary blood sample
Important Clinical Note
Food sensitivity testing is not equivalent to classical IgE-mediated food allergy testing. Results should always be interpreted within the broader clinical context, symptoms, dietary history, and healthcare professional guidance.
