Absolutely. We offer home collection kits for non-invasive samples such as urine, saliva, and hair, allowing you to collect your samples conveniently at home. Each kit includes:

  • Clear instructions for proper sample collection
  • A pre-paid shipping label for returning your samples securely

For blood tests, we will direct you to a certified partner collection center near your location for professional assistance with sample collection.

How can I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment is fast and easy. You can book a test directly through our online platform or contact our customer care team by phone or email to select a date and time that fits your schedule. Our team is available to assist you throughout the process.

How do I collect blood at a PMO Location?

Thank you for choosing WHL Laboratory. If you have selected blood collection at a PMO point near you, please read the following instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Step 1: Book Your Appointment

You may have your blood sample collected at our partner PMO center.

How to book:
  • After placing your order, you will receive an email with your lab request form (Labformulier).
  • Use this form to book your blood draw appointment by contacting our PMO partner.
  • Call PMO to schedule your appointment at: 0251 714 614, available Monday to Thursday, from 08:30 to 17:00
Important:

Please do not schedule your blood draw on a Friday, as this can cause delays in processing due to limited shipping options over the weekend.

Step 2: Bring Your Lab Form
  • Print and bring your lab request form (Labformulier) with you to the PMO location.
  • Ensure your form clearly shows your full name, date of birth, and the tests to be performed.
  • If the form includes a QR code, it must be clearly visible.
Step 3: Prepare for Your Blood Draw
  • Some tests require fasting. Please refer to the instructions provided in your order confirmation or lab form.
  • Drink water to stay hydrated (unless advised otherwise).
  • Wear clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm.
Step 4: At the PMO Collection Point
  • Present your printed lab form and a valid photo ID.
  • The PMO staff will professionally collect your blood sample.
Important Note:

The PMO center is only responsible for collecting your blood.
You are personally responsible for packaging and shipping the blood sample to WHL Laboratory.

Please make sure to bring the collection kit and shipping materials you received from WHL. If you did not receive a kit or have questions about shipping, contact us before your appointment.

Step 5: Shipping the Sample
  • After your blood draw, follow the instructions in your collection kit to properly package the sample.
  • Send the sample to WHL Laboratory as soon as possible using the pre-arranged shipping method (if provided).
  • We strongly recommend shipping the same day or next morning at the latest, depending on your courier.
Service Conditions
  • The PMO blood collection fee is €32.95.
  • This fee is non-refundable and not covered by health insurance unless otherwise specified.

How to Collect Your Sample Using the Tasso+ Device?

The Tasso+ is a device for painless, capillary blood collection at home. It is simple to use, highly accurate, and approved for various diagnostic purposes. More about the device here:

The Tasso+ device is designed for capillary blood collection and is suitable for only one group of tests per device, such as:

  • Basic blood panel
  • Hormones
  • PFAS
  • Fat-soluble vitamins
  • Nagalase
  • Tumor markers
Important Notes:
  • Each device is intended for only one group of tests.
  • If you require multiple test categories (e.g. hormones + PFAS), you may need more than one device.

How can I order a test from World Health Laboratories ?

Ordering is simple and secure. Please follow these steps:

  • Fill in your name and email address.After submitting the form, check your inbox for a link to set your password.
Choose Your Test(s)
  • Visit our test overview and add your selected test(s) to the cart.

Enter Your Information
  • On the checkout page, fill in your full name, date of birth, address, and email address.
  • If your billing address is different, uncheck “Use same address for billing” and add your billing details.
Confirm Payment Method to finalize the order.

How can I order a blood test outside of Netherlands?
1. Ordering Tests

Once your test order is confirmed, you will receive the collection kits within 2–3 business days, including all materials and clear instructions for each test.

2. Preparing for Sample Collection
  • Follow the included instructions carefully for blood or other sample collection.
  • Do not collect the sample until FedEx pickup has been arranged.
  • The day before collection, please email us at info@healthdiagnostics.nl to request a FedEx pickup.
    • Include your name, full address, and preferred pickup time.
    • Pickup times are typically between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM (local time).
3. On the Day of Collection
  • Collect and prepare the sample according to the kit instructions.
  • Freeze the sample (if required) and place it with a frozen ice pack in the provided shipping bag.
  • Include the completed test requisition form with the sample.
4. Shipping
  • WHL will email you the FedEx shipping label and customs documents (if applicable).
  • Attach them to the package and hand it to the FedEx courier at pickup.
How Can a Practitioner Order Tests for Their Patients?

Ordering tests as a healthcare practitioner for your patients via the World Health Laboratories platform is simple and secure. Please follow the steps below:


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Create Your Practitioner Account

  • Navigate to the "My Account" section via the submenu on the WHL portal.
  • Click on ‘Registreren’ and fill in your name and email address.
  • After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a link to set your password.

2. Select the Desired Tests

  • Browse the website and add the desired test(s) to your cart.Once all tests are selected, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.

3. Enter Patient Information at Checkout

At the Checkout page:

  • Remove your own pre-filled billing/shipping details.
  • Enter the patient’s full name, email, address, and date of birth.
  • You may use a different billing address if needed (uncheck the box “Verzenden naar hetzelfde adres”).

4. Enter the Practitioner’s Name

  • You will see a field labeled ‘

    Additional Information, Practitioner name’  please fill this in with your full professional name.

5. Select the Payment Option

  • At the end of the form, choose the option:
    "I guarantee payment as soon as I receive the invoice"
    This allows us to invoice the patient directly after the order is processed.

How long will it take to receive my results?

Most test results are available within 2 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the analysis. You will receive an email notification when your personalized report is ready, along with secure online access to your results.

Do I need a doctor’s referral to use your services?

In most cases, no referral is required to order tests directly from WHL. However, for specialized or complex testing panels, we recommend discussing your needs with a qualified healthcare provider to ensure you choose the most appropriate tests for your health concerns.

Are your tests reimbursed by health insurance?

Insurance coverage varies depending on your provider and the specific test. We encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to verify coverage and reimbursement eligibility. Upon request, we can provide detailed invoices and test codes to support your claim.

How should I prepare for my test?

Preparation instructions vary depending on the type of test ordered. You will receive detailed guidelines with your sample collection kit or appointment confirmation. These may include:
