Why it matters:
Glyphosate exposure is most often dietary and may be relevant in gut health complaints, chronic low-grade symptoms, or high exposure risk environments.

Common exposure sources:
Non-organic grains and cereals, agricultural environments, contaminated water in some regions.

Sample & methodology

• Sample: Spot urine (first morning preferred)
• Method: GC or LC-MS/MS (quantitative)
• Reporting: Creatinine-corrected concentrations with interpretive comments
