Inzicht in cardiometabole en endotheliale processen
€ 329,00
An integrated blood and urine assessment combining core cardiometabolic markers with ADMA and oxidative DNA and lipid-damage indicators. The panel connects glucose regulation, insulin, lipids, inflammation and organ function with endothelial nitric-oxide signalling and oxidative burden.

Why combine these tests?
Conventional metabolic markers describe important risk factors, but they do not fully show how the vascular lining or cellular structures may be affected. This panel adds ADMA—a marker related to nitric-oxide availability and endothelial regulation—and targeted oxidative-damage markers to a broad metabolic, inflammatory and organ-function baseline. The result is a more connected view of factors relevant to long-term vascular and metabolic health.
VitaGlow 360 Basic
Provides the cardiometabolic foundation: blood count, liver and kidney markers, fasting glucose, HbA1c, insulin, lipid profile, ferritin, vitamin D, vitamin B12, folate and hs-CRP.
ADMA
Measures asymmetric dimethylarginine, an endogenous inhibitor of nitric-oxide synthase. Elevated ADMA may be associated with reduced nitric-oxide availability and impaired endothelial regulation.
Oxidatieve stress profiel
Assesses 8-OHdG and lipid peroxides to provide targeted information about oxidative damage involving DNA and lipids or cell membranes.
What the combined panel can help clarify
Glucose and insulin regulation: fasting glucose, HbA1c and insulin provide complementary short-, medium- and longer-term metabolic context.
Lipid and inflammatory context: the lipid profile and hs-CRP help place vascular findings within established cardiometabolic risk domains.
Endothelial nitric-oxide signalling: ADMA adds information about a pathway involved in vascular tone, blood-flow regulation and endothelial function.
Oxidative damage: 8-OHdG and lipid peroxides assess biochemical damage affecting DNA and lipid structures.
Interpretive context for ADMA: kidney-function and metabolic markers included in VitaGlow Basic are relevant when considering an ADMA result.
Key measurements included
Fasting glucose, HbA1c, insulin and lipid profile
hs-CRP, ferritin, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and folate
CBC, ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, BUN and creatinine
ADMA, 8-OHdG and lipid peroxides

Voorbeeldvereisten
Blood: blood collection is required for VitaGlow Basic, ADMA and the blood component of the Oxidative Stress Profile.
Urine: a urine sample is required for the urinary component of the Oxidative Stress Profile.
Collection materials: WHL supplies or confirms the required blood tubes, urine container, handling and return instructions.
Before collection
✓ Fasting is normally required because the panel includes fasting glucose and insulin; follow the exact WHL instructions.
✓ Water is generally permitted during fasting unless the collection instructions state otherwise.
✓ Record medication and supplements that may influence metabolic, inflammatory or oxidative-stress markers.
✓ Follow the kit instructions for urine timing, sample storage and transport.
Belangrijk: Do not stop prescribed medication for testing unless the prescribing healthcare professional advises you to do so.
