de verwerking vanwege beperkte verzendopties in het weekend.<\/span><\/p><h6><b>Stap 2: Neem uw labformulier mee<\/b><\/h6><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Print uw labformulier (Labformulier) en neem het mee naar de PMO-locatie. <\/span><b>aanvraagformulier laboratorium<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Indien van <\/span><b>instructies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> die je van WHL hebt ontvangen volgt.
